- Store at temperature from + 4 °C to + 20 °C. After opening, store in a cool place (+2 °C to + 8 °C) and use within 3 days.
- In order to achieve the optimum whipping result, we recommend cooling down the product prior use to temperature from 6 °C to + 8 °C.
- You may whip it manually, using a hand whisk or electric mixer (handheld or stand mixer). The possibility of use in whipped cream gas dispenser.
- When using electric mixer, start at the lowest operating speed and gradually continue with an increase in speed in order to achieve the required consistence.
- When whipping, consider the properties of your whipping tool to achieve the quality requirements of the final product (volume, firmness, etc.).
- Can also be whipped together with dairy whipping cream to achieve nice delicious taste and improved stability of resulting product.
