Sprayable preparation based on skimmed milk and vegetable fat, sweetened. The ideal alternative to dairy spray whipping cream. Excellent for decorations, toppings etc.

- Convenient packaging, easy to store until needed
- Store at temperature from + 4 °C to + 24 °C (unopened packaging). Once opened, store refrigerated (+2°C to + 8°C) and use within 7 days.
- To achieve optimum results, store in refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours before whipping. Shake well before use. When decorating hold the nozzle down. Tilt, clean and dry nozzle immediately after use.
- A small rest of the content will always remain in the can.
Ingredients: skimmed milk 70%, palm kernel oil (fully hydrogenated) 18%, sugar 7%, propellant gas: E 942; milk protein, humectant: E 420; emulsifiers: E 472b, E 472e; stabilisers: E 460, E 466, E 407; colour: carotenes (beta-carotene); flavouring: vanillin.
