Spaghetti carbonara

With MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened

Ingredients

100 mlMEGGLE Creme
Patisserie Unsweetened
150 gSpaghetti
50 gProsciutto (alternative Bresaola)
50 gBacon
10 mlOlive oil
25 gOnion
10 gGarlic
5 gFresh parsley
Salt
Pepper
1Egg yolk

Preparation

Step 1

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the diced bacon and prosciutto (alternatively use Breasola, or another suitable ingredient), sauté to combine, then remove from the heat.

Step 2

  • Add MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened and the egg yolks to the pan and stir everything together.

Step 3

  • Sprinkle the parsley into the thickened sauce and then toss with the pasta to coat well.
