
Spaghetti carbonara
With MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened

Ingredients
100 ml | MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened |
150 g | Spaghetti |
50 g | Prosciutto (alternative Bresaola) |
50 g | Bacon |
10 ml | Olive oil |
25 g | Onion |
10 g | Garlic |
5 g | Fresh parsley |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
1 | Egg yolk |

Preparation
Step 1
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the diced bacon and prosciutto (alternatively use Breasola, or another suitable ingredient), sauté to combine, then remove from the heat.
Step 2
- Add MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened and the egg yolks to the pan and stir everything together.
Step 3
- Sprinkle the parsley into the thickened sauce and then toss with the pasta to coat well.
