Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until tender.
Add finely chopped garlic and cook for a minute.
Toss in the green peas. Pour in stock or water in and let simmer for 10 min. until peas are tender.
Season to taste.

Add the boiled and chopped potatoes, mint, MEGGLE Creme Dual (the amount depending on how thick you want the puree) and bring it to a boil. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Clean the salmon fillets and season each side with salt, pepper and dried thyme.
Add oil to a warm pan and fry the salmon for 5 min. on each side.
Place the fillets in an oiled baking pan and bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until brown.
Step 4
Serve salmon with green pea puree.
Garnish with pieces of fresh mint and chopped pistachios.
