Cool down MEGGLE Creme Decor before whipping to temperature from + 6 °C to + 8 °C to achieve optimum result.

Add lime juice and zest to the creme, sweeten with honey and whip together, then let cool.
Step 3
Add variety of forest fruits into the creme, sweeten with honey and whisk together, then leave to cool.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs with sugar and gradually mix in all the other ingredients. Pour into a tart form lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, then at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Do not open the oven to prevent the corpus from collapsing.
Leave the tart in the oven for at least 5 minutes after baking, then allow the tart to cool in the form.
Step 6
Cut the cake horizontally into (2-3) layers and apply layers of lime creme. Decorate the top and sides of cake with forest fruit creme and with a varition of fruits.
