Cocoa cake with lime creme and forest fruit icing

With MEGGLE Creme Decor

Ingredients

4Eggs
125 gIcing sugar
80 gMedium flour
a pinch ofSalt
1 packet Zlatý klas brand pudding
1 TSPBaking powder
80 g Cocoa powder
Tort
500 mlMEGGLE Creme Decor
2Limes
40 gHoney
Lime creme (for filling)
500 mlMEGGLE Creme Decor
50 gForest fruits
50 gHoney
Forest fruit creme

Preparation

Step 1

  • Cool down MEGGLE Creme Decor before whipping to temperature from + 6 °C to + 8 °C to achieve optimum result.

Step 2

  • Add lime juice and zest to the creme, sweeten with honey and whip together, then let cool.

Step 3

  • Add variety of forest fruits into the creme, sweeten with honey and whisk together, then leave to cool.

Step 4

  • Whisk the eggs with sugar and gradually mix in all the other ingredients. Pour into a tart form lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, then at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Step 5

  • Do not open the oven to prevent the corpus from collapsing.
  • Leave the tart in the oven for at least 5 minutes after baking, then allow the tart to cool in the form.

Step 6

  • Cut the cake horizontally into (2-3) layers and apply layers of lime creme. Decorate the top and sides of cake with forest fruit creme and with a varition of fruits.
