1 | Vanilla bean |
20 g | Honey |
100 g | Fresh strawberries |
10 g | Mint leafs |

Preparation
Step 1
- For an optimum result, cool MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened to a temperature of +6 °C to +8 °C before whipping.
Step 2
- Scrape the vanilla pod halves into the MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweeetened.
- Add honey or cane sugar and whisk to the desired consistency.
Step 3
- Fill baked tartlet shells with creme filling and top with fruit and decorate with mint leafs.
