Patisserie Unsweetened
1Vanilla bean
20 gHoney
100 gFresh strawberries
10 gMint leafs

Preparation

Step 1

  • For an optimum result, cool MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened to a temperature of +6 °C to +8 °C before whipping.

Step 2

  • Scrape the vanilla pod halves into the MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweeetened.
  • Add honey or cane sugar and whisk to the desired consistency.

Step 3

  • Fill baked tartlet shells with creme filling and top with fruit and decorate with mint leafs.
