With MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened

Ingredients

500 mlMEGGLE Creme
Patisserie Unsweetened
50 gGood quality Roquefort cheese
Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

  • Heat a little of the MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Unsweetened until it is steaming (not boiling), add the Roquefort cheese and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

  • Leave the mixture to cool down.
  • Fill up a siphon bottle (do not overfill) and charge with N2O cartridge 2 times, leave to rest, shake well and serve.
