Mushroom potato soup

With MEGGLE Creme Dual

Ingredients

500 mlMEGGLE Creme Dual
2Onions
200 gMushrooms
10 Potatoes
2Cloves of garlic
Butter
Thyme
White wine vinegar
Salt
Whole black peppercorns

Preparation

Step 1

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, add the mushrooms and potatoes, then add the water.
  • Add salt, thyme and peppercorns and cook until the potatoes soften.

Step 2

  • Mix thoroughly.
  • While mixing start adding MEGGLE Creme Dual to smooth it.

Step 3

  • Finish by adding vinegar to taste. Serve in a skillet with sautéed mushrooms in a balsamic reduction.
