Apple pie cupcakes with pomegranate
With MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Sweetened

160 g | Dark chocolate |
150 ml | Milk |
300 ml | MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Sweetened |
300 g | Pomegranate |
100 g | White chocolate |
Mint |

Preparation
Step 1
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and set to one side.
- Place the Creme Patisserie Sweetened and the milk in a saucepan. Slowly heat the Creme until it starts to boil.
- Add the chopped chocolate and allow to melt, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Allow the chocolate mixture to cool for 30 minutes.
Step 2
- Spoon the cold chocolate creme evenly into glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 3
- Halve the pomegranate and carefully remove the seeds.
- Chop the white chocolate.
- Take cooled chocolate cremes out of refrigerator and serve with pomegranate seeds, chopped white chocolate and a mint leaf.
