Apple pie cupcakes with pomegranate

With MEGGLE Creme Patisserie Sweetened

Ingredients

160 gDark chocolate
150 mlMilk
300 mlMEGGLE Creme
Patisserie Sweetened
Chocolate panna cotta
300 gPomegranate
100 gWhite chocolate
Mint
Topping

Preparation

Step 1

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and set to one side.
  • Place the Creme Patisserie Sweetened and the milk in a saucepan. Slowly heat the Creme until it starts to boil.
  • Add the chopped chocolate and allow to melt, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Allow the chocolate mixture to cool for 30 minutes.

Step 2

  • Spoon the cold chocolate creme evenly into glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Step 3

  • Halve the pomegranate and carefully remove the seeds.
  • Chop the white chocolate.
  • Take cooled chocolate cremes out of refrigerator and serve with pomegranate seeds, chopped white chocolate and a mint leaf.
