Beetroot Gigli with mushroom sauce
With MEGGLE Creme Dual
Ingredients
100 | MEGGLE Creme Dual |
150 g | Fresh Gigli pasta |
50 g | Button mushrooms |
20 g | Forest mushrooms |
50 g | Yellow onion chopped finely |
2 | Garlic cloves |
| Parmesan cheese |
| Salt and Pepepr |
Preparation
Step 1
- Sauté the onions and garlic until tender, add the button mushrooms and keep on roasting in the pan until they are browned.
Step 2
- Meanwhile start cooking the pasta in salted boiling water.
- Add a little bit of this water to the frying pan with the pasta.
Step 3
- Add the forest mushrooms and about 100 ml of MEGGLE Creme Dual and cook for 1 minute.
- Finish with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and serve.
