Beetroot Gigli with mushroom sauce

With MEGGLE Creme Dual

Ingredients

100MEGGLE Creme Dual
150 gFresh Gigli pasta
50 gButton mushrooms
20 gForest mushrooms
50 gYellow onion chopped finely
2Garlic cloves
Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepepr

Preparation

Step 1

  • Sauté the onions and garlic until tender, add the button mushrooms and keep on roasting in the pan until they are browned.

Step 2

  • Meanwhile start cooking the pasta in salted boiling water.
  • Add a little bit of this water to the frying pan with the pasta.

Step 3

  • Add the forest mushrooms and about 100 ml of MEGGLE Creme Dual and cook for 1 minute.
  • Finish with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and serve.
