MEGGLE Creme Trio is the ideal cream alternative with 32% fat. The extra creamy and natural unsweetened profile makes it suitable for both savoury and sweet applications. It adds a nice full taste and extra creamy consistency to your meals, but can also be used for whipping and bakery purposes, making desserts and decorating cold and hot beverages.

- Thanks to the excellent stability, you may add various ingredients to it while cooking, including acidic ingredients.
- When making a dessert, you may sweeten it according to need with sugar, other sweeteners or flavour it with various ingredients.
- When whipping, consider the properties of your whipping tool to achieve the quality requirements of the final product (volume, firmness, etc.)
- Whip at medium speed, extending of the whipping time will give a firmer foam.
- When decorating cold or hot beverages, the creme can be easily and quickly applied with iSi dispenser.
Ingredients: buttermilk 68%, palm kernel oil (fully hydrogenated) 20%, coconut fat 10%, palm oil 1%, buttermilk powder 0,2%, modified starch, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [E 471], sucrose esters of fatty acids [E 473], lecithins [E 322] (soy); stabilizers: locust bean gum [E 410], guar gum [E 412].
